Why isn t my water marble spreading.
Hi nancy i have been experimenting with marbling and have encountered a problem of which i can t isolate the cause.
I ve tried over and over again but it never works.

If the polish isn t spreading it could be the brand of polish a lot of people already pointed this out in the comments though.
You might have added too much water or surfactant to the marbling color.

Mix 1 4 cup of methyl cellulose with 2 quarts of water for the best marbling consistency.
